Our Guestbook & MIA Registration

(Two Forms In One)

After signing our Guestbook or Registering with the MIA, you will be given a Personal Account Page with Messianic Israel Ministries. Logging in to your Account Page will allow you to:

Keep track of how we contact you.
Change where your Heralds are sent.
Read important notices and updates concerning the Messianic Israel Movement.
Communicate with Messianic Israel's key staff.
Join the MIA if you have only signed our Guestbook.
Also from this page qualifying MIA Affiliates will be able to search our Messianic Israel Archives and take advantage of any special offers made available.

Special Notice: Please fill out and submit this form only once. This form should only be used once for signing our Guestbook or Registering with the MIA. If you have already signed our guestbook and would like to join the MIA you may do so from your Personal Account Page. If you have lost or forgotten your "User ID" and/or "Password" you can retrieve them through the Account Login Page. If you are already an MIA Affiliate and have a Personal Account Page, there is no need to sign our Guestbook or fill out this form below again.

If you have a personal Account and want to sign up an Organization with the MIA Directory, or if you've signed up an Organization with the MIA and need a Personal Account to use the Messianic Israel Archives, PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT USER ID! If you don't you will write over your original Account. If the mail address and contact name for the second Account is your own, your original Account will show up givving you the option to "Update" that Account. Because you want to set up a new Account, don't update your original one. Instead choose the button at the bottom of the screen to set up the second Account.

To sign our guestbook and receive an information packet with a complimentary copy of the current House of David Herald, simply fill out only the top portion of the form below. Choose the "Guestbook Only" Registration type at the end of the first half of the form and click on "Done".

MIA Registration:

Affiliation with the Messianic Israel Alliance, requires affirmation of the Deity and Lordship of Yeshua as the Messiah, plus affirmation of the Hope of Messianic Israel, plus a declaration of, and declared dedication to, the full restoration of Ephraim and Judah to the Kingdom of Israel, plus, in accord with Malachi 3:10 and 1 Corinthians 9:14, and as the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit) leads - support with prayers, tithes and offerings to Messianic Israel Ministries, and/or the Messianic Israel Alliance, and/or House of David.

All who are affiliated with the Alliance, as either a Congregation, Synagogue, Fellowship, Ministry, Family or Individual will receive a Certificate of Alliance, as well as a colorful copy of the Hope of Messianic Israel (both suitable for framing).

Congregations, Synagogues, Fellowships and Ministries will be added to the MIA Directory. To join the MIA and to insure that hungry people can be directed to your group, and to receive MIA updates, etc., please fill out the MIA Registration Form below or phone 1(800) 829-8777. Congregations, Synagogues, Fellowships and Ministries will be personally contacted prior to acceptance in the MIA Directory.

MIA Family or Individual Registrations:

Registering with the MIA as a Family or Individual gains you access to the Messianic Israel Archives. Simply fill out the form as if you were only signing the guestbook (top portion) but choose the "Family or Individual" MIA Registration type at the end of the first half of the form. Then go to the bottom of the form and click on "Yes!"

MIA Congregation Registrations For Listings In The MIA Directory:

When Registering a Congregation, Synagogue, Fellowship or Ministry with the MIA, the guestbook (top) portion of the form is used as follows:

The name will be used as the contact person.
The address should be the mailing address of the organization.
The home phone is the contact person's home phone (this number will not show up in the directory).
The work phone is the organization's phone number if one exists (this number will not show up in the directory).
The e-mail address should be where people can e-mail for more information on this organization.

We request that all contact persons also register with the MIA as a Family or Individual so we can contact them personally if needed and to gain access to the Messianic Israel Archives.

The Messianic Israel Alliance will list your email address on the Directory in order to make your group more accessible to those looking for convenient ways to communicate with you. We will not share your email address with any other groups and/or ministries. The MIA will communicate with you via Messianic Israel Bulletins and Flashes. If other email groups contact you, that is beyond our control.
